Return policy

We stand behind our quality products with full confidence, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange goods or receive a store credit within 14 days. There will be no refund.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange or a store credit, your item must be unused (undamaged, unwashed and unworn) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the labelling attached .

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you wish to exchange your purchase, you may contact us by e-mail at and we will reply to you within 24 hours.

Return approval/rejection
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then we will proceed with the exchange or the store credit coupon.
If you are rejected, we will contact you to arrange for you to get your used item back. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items are final sales.

The transportation of the returned items will be at your own expenses. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you is about 3 days.
